Step 1: Login/Registration.
Log in with your personal CJ account. If you don’t have one, please click “Register“ to set up a new account.
Step 2: Search a product
Enter the product name or SKU or image to search the product you want to shoot.
Step 3: Post a photography request
Select the product that you want to apply for photos or a video, click “Photography Request”.
Step 4: Confirm your photography request.
We have two types of photography: photo and video. When you add your request, you can choose any type and describe your requirements for shooting.Please note that the daily request is limited and you can only send 5 requests to us per day.
Step 5: Check the request results
After confirming the request, you can check the status of it by My CJ > My Photography > Photography Request as the picture shows. Generally, we will get it back to you in 2 working days.
Step 6: Payment
After reviewing your request, we will make a quotation for the service you choose. You can click “View Details” to get it and pay.
Step 7: Check your order
After you pay for it, the order will show as the picture below and you can check the status or invoice by My CJ > My Photography > Photography Orders.

As an optional addition to any photo, we remove the background and deliver a transparent image in PNG format.
3: REAL PERSON FOR PHOTO SHOOT
Arrange diverse models as product features, show with models wearing the product, make your products more attractive.
4: LIFESTYLE PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
As an alternative to pure white backgrounds, we combine props, textured surfaces, dramatic lighting, stock photography, or a mix of all four to create small customized settings with big visual impact.
5: OFFERS DESIGN SERVICE
We can provide you with a series of services such as LOGO design, online shop design, poster design, etc. Better publicity with a better service.
6: CUSTOMIZE SHOOTING SCENE
We can decorate the shooting scene as your requirements.
7: SECONDARY EDITING
We can re edit the existing videos on the network, which is fast and cheap.
We have a variety of packages for you to choose from. You can register or log in to our website portal to submit orders, and we will provide you with a reasonable quotation.
If you submit a view order, we will review it within 24 hours and provide a reasonable quotation. We will complete the shooting and editing task within 5-10 working days after you pay the order fee.

Yes, we will provide the language text you need according to your requirements to meet your needs.
Of course, it can be modified, but it must be a reasonable requirement. If your order does not respond within 72 hours, we will not modify the order.
Of course, we can provide you with disputes. You can feed back your needs to our team. If the order cannot be completed due to force majeure, we will provide you with a refund. If the shooting content is inappropriate and you still insist on refund after modification, we will deduct 30% of the fee. And refund you.
We will set the video duration according to your needs. Generally, the video duration is between 30s and 90s.
Of course, we will provide you with two quotations, copyrighted quotation / non copyrighted quotation. You can choose the package you need and pay.
